Evaluation

Program evaluation
The evaluation of the program will consist of 4 components:

• Evaluation of the program and preceptors by the Fellows.
• Evaluation of the program and Fellows by the preceptors.
• Evaluations of the program, Fellows and preceptors by the mentoring committees.
  
• Evaluation of the program by the “independent referees”.
  

The scientific committee will provide evaluation questionnaire to the mentoring committee for assessing the following aspects:

• Quality of training
  
• Organizational competencies and incompetency
  
• Suggestions for improvement
  

 
At the end of the training, funded Fellows and preceptors will be required to provide feedback in the form of a questionnaire that will focus on the same three aspects described above.
