Process for election to the Executive Board
Election will be held electronically on December 18-22, 2018.

Candidacies for election to the Executive Board may be submitted by December 15, 2017.

Individual Members and Member Organizations can propose candidates for election to the Executive Board by the Assembly. The Assembly consists of delegates of corporate organisations that participate in the WHBA.

​The Executive Board of WHBA consists of the Officers and Members, each of whom shall be elected by the  Assembly members. Corporate Organisations appoint one or two delegates to the Assembly.

The Officers of the Association are the President, President-elect, two vice-presidents, Treasurer, Secretary and Deputy Secretary. The Officers shall be elected from Members of the Executive Board.

Each Member Organization could have representatives in the Executive Board but no more than three persons can be nominated from any one Corporate Organisation. 

Candidates elected at the Assembly shall succeed to Office at the close of the meeting at which they were elected.

The term of the Executive Board is set at 4 years with a possible advance of the President-Elect to President at the 2-year med-term interval. Each member of the Executive Board may serve up to 2 consecutive terms
